Gosh this is bad, i havent been blogging for a while :( Quite a lot has been happening. Baby (my lovable dog) was sick with a infected uterus so we rushed her to the nearest vet & they said she needed surgery. It went fine, she's alive & recovering now, but apparently on the operating table she died & had to be revived. There was apparently only a 10% chance of surviving that & she did. Baby is a fighter, she has the will to live & i am seriously thanking the lord for that. I dont know what i'll do without her. She isnt as responsive (i honestly think she's a bit deaf now), kinda weak now, but it's only been a few days. I really hope she gets better.

Sad news aside, i finally don't have to teach Nicholas anymore! Hurrayeee, one problem child done & i gained another! Got a new tutee, this really adorable Korean girl & she's really smart. I dont know why she needs tuition but her mum insists. Anyway she stays at Nic's condo, so i could just pop by to see her if she's around, hehe all good!

I'm going to Taiwan in abt a week's & i cant wait :D So psyched to go, been waiting for so long & now it's just 9 days to go! Im gonna stuff myself silly & come back rounder than ever. Cant wait to spend all that time with my darling Colin; we've been better than ever lately. Life is good.

Woke up kinda late to meet Yokopoko to collect my super cute anchor print dress, mehehe. Met another buyer & made 12 bucks from there so technically, the anchor dress was paid for alrdy. Bought gong cha's awesome earl grey milk tea home & waited for Colin's arrival! He called & i quickly changed into my TVD romper (blue for today) & headed out. He looked so handsome today, even more so than usual! But that's just my opinion, he certainly doesn't think so but whatever. He's my gorgeous little bunny!

Headed to vivocity to have Marche for lunch! Sexcited, haven't been there in ages & it looks a lot smaller than i remember.. Not very crowded for a saturday lunch, but i bet the one at 313 has a queue that stretches to china. I think i'm becoming a lot like my grandfather, taking photos of everyth i do & everyth i eat >:( Pfft. Anyway, we didn't order much but the items we did order, it was goood :) Bill came up to abt 50 bucks, which is quite reasonable i guess, we were both so full after that! Standard didnt really dtop, food's still yummy but i doubt i'd head back again unless im flushed.

I'm homeeee, well fed (sorta, am still a tad hungry) & tired! Woke up really early today, around 10am *gasp! Just to meet Shona for an early lunch. Headed to plaza sing, i was late again as usual oops :( Went to firstday & try on thevelvetdolls' shorts, she looked really good in it so we're waiting for the online launch, it'll be much cheaper to get it there! Or we hope so anyway.. Had macs for lunch, took photos again, i truely enjoy hanging out with her :)

Was supposed to meet up with Martin for an afternoon snack/window shopping but he couldn't book out on time & in the end, i headed home. Wasn't a total loss though, managed to finish the novel i was reading (which isn't that good to be honest) & then Fathiah called abt 4, asking to meet earlier! Changed plans to meet at pasir ris instead of illuma & Dinah hung around with us for a while (eating berrylite yum yum) before she went for tuition. Had manhattan fish market, we both had the same thing, haha!

Words just cannot describe how much i love love love Colin :) Everything has been so great between us lately, despite the minor disagreements. I really believe that i've changed, at least just a bit. It's an excellent start. There are no more insecurities, there are no more demands, no more fights abt the guys, etc. Honestly speaking, there are only rainbows & unicorns & everyth else funky. I really am happy, it feels like the honeymoon period again but it's even better. I am just so happy, bahah!

On the other hand, my tutees are seriously making me wonder if i should get another job >:( But what's life without some downs with the ups right? I guess i have to be content with having at least a few areas in my life that's going well. Anyway, my rompers are here & they are fabulous <3 They remind me of origami hahaha for some reason. & i'm so glad i got 2 pieces, i really love love them! This makes up for the faulty unlaunched collection of CWC & missing out on Love Bonito's dress oh well >:( Shall not buy anymore clothes till i head to TW! & since Neekee is coming back with a haul for me (or so i hope..), i should save some money for upcoming dates with her :)

Meeting Shona tmr for brunch, can't wait! I really enjoy spending time with that girl. Then meeting Martin after, for coffee or maybe a snack or someth. & then finally am meeting my partner in crime, Fathiah aka Commander Spock :D Wish the other girls could join us but oh well, it'll be just like old times, i miss our weekly wednesday dates we used to have before she started school. Tmr will be an excellent day :)

TVD's rompers

Boring, boring, boring past few days :( Nothing much has been happening except tuitions + hehe, getting my pays :) Bought 2 rompers from thevelvetdolls, i just couldn't decide on which colour i wanted so i got 2. I can't blame it to impulsiveness though, i had a good few hours to decide so it's just indecisiveness. But then again, my motto: When in doubt, get both. I am seriously living by that! :D

Aren't they pretty? I was also considering the magenta one but since Fenny is getting that in the same size, i decided against it. I could just borrow from her anyway, hehe! Wanted to get this pretty midi skirt from catwalkclose but their site crashed today & in the end, they're postponing the launch. Was really disappointed, i had my heart set on that skirt but oh well, le sigh. Nothing much i can do abt it now except wait. But well, saved some money, so it's not all heartbreaking!

Nelly & i created our own blogshop - it's quite cute to be honest, she's only 13 & a budding entrepreneur already! Quite proud of her & she's really quite determined. Just hope that this doesn't affect her grades, else i'll probably be 330 dollars short a month if her parents fire me :( Nicholas (her brother), is getting a little more used to me i think. He's starting to put in some effort in his work & his latest essay i made him do was quite well done! But i really think i need to be more assertive towards them. They can be really rude sometimes & it's starting to bug me, ugh. & also YingYing & Shi Hui are getting demanding! This has to stop, i must assert myself. ROAR ASSERT!!

That's abt it for now, just wanted to keep this place a little more alive. I have to blog constantly else i'll lose my motivation & stop blogging again, pfft. Till tmr or someth, ta!

Bakerzin + Berry Lite

Today was another yummalicious day :) Colin & i woke up early for church with my parents despite sleeping late last night cuz we watched Drive Angry (which was very disappointing btw) & just chatting with each other :) Service was short & sweet, nothing much to say abt that, then we headed to Bakerzin at united square for lunch! :D Colin & i wanted to treat them for lunch but my mum insisted we buy her an iPad casing instead -.- Oh well, no complaints there!

Ordered quite a bit of food! Appetizers, main courses & desserts! I absolutely love Bakerzin & im so glad their standard is consistent at every outlet! & once we placed our orders, the food came in around 5 mins, really fast for such a crowded place & they were understaffed too (the chefs were waiting on tables!). We also signed up for their card & managed to get 20% off the bill instantly since it was my mum's birthday month. Feast your eyes on their delectable delights:

The total bill came up to abt 90+ after our 20% discount. I guess that's okay, since we really ordered a lot of food & it was for four hungry people. Okay three since my mum didn't eat much as usual. But they're having a promotion now, for all DBS / POSB debit & credit card holders, you'll get a 10% discount with a minimum spending of $30 :) But if you sign up for their card (twenty bucks) you'll get a lot more perks! 10% discount with no minimum spending, 20% discount on your bday month & $60 worth of vouchers upfront :) It's really quite worth it, will be signing up for another card on Colin's bday hehe.

After that, my parents went off for their singing thing so Colin & i headed to Berry Lite! Finally found the novena square outlet, was so happy! Bought their peach mango flavour again with nata decoco. I just can't get enough of Berry Lite!

It really isn't cheap for froyo but the serving is quite large - wish i could say the same abt the toppings though. I guess they really want us to take advantage of their buy 2 get 1 free topping promotion. Headed back to Colin's place after that, took a nap then we watched the F1 race. Finally got to see Calvin, he's so tanned now from the Thailand sun. He bought me & Colin matching cat keychains & a nice top for me! Such a sweet little guy he is :) Had KFC for dinner (diet starts tmr i swear), relaxed for a bit then i bused home.

Awesome day as usual, i hope the week flies by again!

Mum's 58th birthday!

Celebrated my mum's birthday today! She turns 58 but amazingly, she doesnt look a day over 45. I guess i've inherited her genes, im 21 but i look 16, meh :\ Anyway, woke up pretty late today since i took some meds last night that really knocked me out. Colin came over & we watched teevee all the day lol till we fell asleep, tsk. Wasted a whole day like that, sigh >:( Got ready & we headed to TCC for dinner at shaw centre with the family!

Birthday girl & daddy!

The food wasn't that bad, but it was very expensive! Ordered quite a lot of food though, but the bill came up to almost 300 bucks. Then again, it was for six of us & each of us had an appetizer & some drinks. Dad ordered this coffee, blue mountain coffee & for a tiny cup it was 16 bloody dollars! Goodness, it's just coffee. So both Rae & Jo ordered salads:

My god the cheese sticks were fab, fab, fab. For 10 bucks you get around 10 pieces of chewy cheesy goodness, oh yum yum yum i could have devoured the whole plate by myself but meh, had to share. Lol selfish greedy me >:( Dad & mum both had soups which i didnt take photos of :( Then came the main courses!

I also ordered this peach-passionfruit tea freeze thing but it tasted quite bad to be honest :\ I gave it to someone else to drink in the end lol. Tasted like artificial almonds, ick >:( Overall, the food was good, abt 17 on average per main course. I would definitely go back there if i had more money or just to leech off my parents, aha! My dad brought my mum's presents too - she got such expensive toys this year! An iPad 2, a canon ixus digital camera (such a nice red), 2 watches & a wallet. My dad really went all out this year for her!

Headed to Maccafe after that for some drinks & just to chat. Rae & Jo were asking my mum abt houses & all, hum hum it'll be a long time more before Colin & i settle down though! Played mj with Colin while the rest talked, haha. No photos of Colin & i - he insists he looks too fat so.. To be honest though, we both gained quite a bit of weight, time to lose it now bubba!

Okay cant resist, shall post up a happy one, though he has absolutely no eyes here, baha! Till tmr then, heading to bakerzin, this time it'll be Colin & my treat for my mum & dad since we didn't get her a present. Ta! :)

Flea, pepper lunch, berry lite

Today was a gooood day :) Was supposed to meet Shona at expo around 1130, but that silly girl left her house at 10 & reached expo at 1045! I rushed out of the house lol, poor girl waited for me for a bit. Headed over to hall 6 & omg, im glad we reached early, there were so many people around alr! Scurried over to smoochiezz's booth - Yoko immediately passed me my stila mascara lol! Was quite disappointed when we saw the 3 for 10 dollar section but oh well, managed to score some good buys ^^ So did Shona but basically everyth she got from smoochiezz were nail polishes lol, as usual!

Walked around the flea, was really surprised that they were open for business way before the scheduled time! Managed to get a cute little bag for my TW trip, imitation fred perry but whatever, it's good enough. Shona bought 2 "Topshop" blouses, really pretty, good buys! Then we saw this revolutionary pad - it was gel & so freaking cool, baha! Managed to score a free sample too :P Anyway, i wanted to get a universal adaptor so headed to the gain city fair next door, but didn't find it :( They have urban ears headphones/earphones though, was so tempted to get but i resisted! Wanted to get texas chicken for lunch but it was so blinking crowded, so we walked to burger king & it was even worse!! >:( So we ended up training to pasir ris for pepper lunch <3 Had this new dish - curry chicken pepper rice with cheese, yumzzzz! Im glad i tried someth new! Berry lite after that, finally my craving is satisfied!

Had to go for tuition after that, so we parted ways. I really had an awesome time with Shona, considering this was out first outing together after knowing each other for quite some time! Online friends make such good shopping buddies. & i realized she has funkier eyebrows than me, bahah! Something that we both blame our dads for, haha.

Anyway, tuition was alright, the kids were quite well behaved for a change! Played with their hamster, she's so adorable, so chubbbbbyy *squish!

Dog days are over

Nothing really exciting has been happening lately.. But everyday has been awesome so far :') I really can't ask for more. I'm so contented with life! Everything is going awesome with Colin, friends are abundant & just a click away.. TW trip coming up, my pay(s) are all coming in on time. The only thing that is bothering me slightly is that Neekee hasn't texted me to say she's landed safely in New York & i'm getting a tad worried :\

Anyway, had lunch with my sexy bum Colin today ^^ Went over to Novena where he's working & he treated me to yum yums - Prof Brawn's cafe! It's kinda small, literally a cafe i guess with quite a limited selection for main courses. The food was so-so, nothing fantastic but not too bad neither. Had the set lunch meal which included orange/lemon juice (we both took one each), soup of the day (clam chowder) & our main courses:

Personally, i felt that the truffle sauce had such a weird aftertaste but well, Colin likes it. That boy likes everything edible lol. So we shared half each! So full after that, all that potatoes.. The bill came up to abt 36, which is quite reasonable i guess, but i doubt we'll ever go back there again. He sent me off at the station & i headed home for a nice nap, the weather is awesome to sleep in.

Also took lots of pictures of my dog, Baby today cuz she was just so adorable :) Not to mention really fat now, for some reason. I think she's been sneaking food somehow, somewhere..

Neekee's 21st birthday :)

Celebrated Neekee's 21st birthday yesterday, at sentosa, on a yacht! Our yacht was called Kingdom, it looked pretty small on the outside (compared to the others) but it was very spacious! My first time ever on a yacht & it'll probably be my last time, unless it stays put at the dock. I got quite sea sick, the water was so choppy :\ I basically stayed in the bed the whole time, wondering when we'll stop.. We were travelling for hours man, ugh. I managed to pull myself together in time for the Love, Bonito launch & bought myself a skirt. Bahahha.

But before i started dying, we had a nice catered Mexican lunch, num num num! Then the boat brought us to some deserted island thing where we walked around & took some photos. Uncle Dennis also showed us how to shoot "arrows" with this leaf thing & it was kinda interesting!

Then i went back on the boat & resumed dying till we reached sentosa again. It was fun, being with my bff & her family & her interesting boyfriend, Bryan :) But still, a very big thank you to him for organizing this whole trip! Yay. I didnt get any pictures of the Harry Potter themed cupcakes we bought. All up on facebook though, if anyone is interested!

I havent had such an awesome, awesome weekend in ages. MUST SHARE GOOD STUFF.

Met the bff on thurs, spent the whole day window shopping & literal shopping. Went to H&M, not sure what the hype is abt. So blinking crowded, didnt really get a chance to browse. Hehe i was thinking since H&M was so crowded, F21 at 313 would be empty & i was right! Managed to browse & didnt need to queue for the changing room neither. Had dinner at home with Colin, perfect ending to a perfect day :')

Tong sen fish soup with the girls on fri night to celebrate Fathiah's bday. Dont know why that silly girl chose a hawker but im not complaining. Good food, good company, all good. Had berry lite <3 yogurt after, oh lordy i love it! Took another tonne of photos, but i dont know why it didnt occur to me to take a group shot :( Disappointed. Buttttt no worries, since Kari quit her job, we'll have more time to hang out. Awesome possums! I love them so much, i cant have a better group of girls to fall back on. Headed back to Colin's place after, had supper of oreos & watched Running Man. Once again, perfect ending to a perfect day.

ZOOOOO ON SATURDAY! It was so fun! Took a whole lot of pictures, im so so glad i bought that camera. Best $199 i ever spent, seriously! Really clear shots of the animals in their enclosures with the glass too & all. Walked around the zoo for around 5 hours, time flew by! But my feet were bloody aching man, i was wearing wedges -.- Didn't think it through to pack flip flops sigh. Oh well, had such a good time, it didnt matter :) Yummy dinner back at his place, then Koi on the way back to mine since gong cha was closed alr :( Watched animal planet till we got sleepy & snuggled each other to sleep <3

Awesome lunch today at the coffee shop downstairs then Johnny English at tamp mall! It was quite funny i guess, but there was a lot of lame humour. Went back to Colin's again after te movie & we finally, finally sat down & planned our TW trip. Booked a lovelyyy hotel for a few days, decided to leave the last 2 days free for a nice, relaxing hot spring hotel/resort :) Took a short nap before planning more shiz, confirming everyth & had a tickle fest with my boy :')

Now im back home, reminiscing the weekend alr (hahahah tsk) & putting the finishing touches of bff's birthday gift. Can't wait to see the look on her face when we go to the surprise party thing that Bryan planned! Sun & the sea, we'll be on a massive yacht, woohoo!
